We experienced a little issue during the process of our basement finish ( unrelated to NGC) but they took it upon themselves to resolve the issue before I even knew it was an issue. We recently had a water leak in our basement and were recommended NGC for completing the restoration of our basement. Everyone at NGC was extremely helpful throughout the project. They made dealing with our insurance provider much easier, especially when we encountered issues with coverage. Jeremiah fought to ensure our repairs were covered and resolved our insurance problems effectively. We truly couldn't have done it without him. Aaron our project manager was great at keeping us updated throughout the process and coordinating all the repairs and letting us know what was next.
